How pharmacy delivery works
1. Order
Add items to your cart on the website, or send us a WhatsApp message with what you need. For prescription medicine, upload a photo of your prescription.
2. Choose your area and pay
Pick your delivery area at checkout to see the fee, then pay by M-Pesa or choose cash on delivery.
3. We pack it
A pharmacist checks your order and any prescription, and your items are packed at the branch nearest to you.
4. Rider on the way
A rider sets off and you can follow them on a live map from your order page until your medicines are in your hands.
Delivery timeline
Most orders inside Nairobi reach the customer within 90 minutes of being confirmed. Delivery to Parklands, Westlands, Ngara, Upperhill, Kilimani and nearby estates is usually the quickest because our four branches are close by. Areas further out, such as Thika, Juja, Ruiru, Kitengela, Rongai or Kiserian, take longer because of the distance and traffic. Our pharmacies are open Mon–Sat 8am–8pm, Sun 9am–6pm (Parklands until 10pm). You can order online at any time: orders placed outside opening hours are prepared as soon as we open, and WhatsApp messages sent while we are closed get an automatic reply with our hours and are answered when we open. You can see the status of any order on the Track my order page.
Areas we deliver to and delivery fees
We deliver to 132 areas across Nairobi and its surrounding towns along 12 main roads. The fee depends on how far you are from our branches, from KES 200 to KES 1,000. Free delivery on orders of KES 2,000 or more. The map shows every area; tap a point to see its fee. If your area is not listed, message us on WhatsApp.

What you can order for delivery
Everything in our online shop can be delivered: everyday medicines for pain, colds, allergies and stomach upsets; medicines for long-term conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and asthma; vitamins and supplements; skin care, beauty and personal care; baby care; and medical supplies like blood pressure monitors, glucometers and first-aid items. Prescription-only medicines are dispensed after a pharmacist has checked a valid prescription. Every product comes from licensed distributors, so you get genuine medicine at your door.
How to order: website or WhatsApp
On the website
Search for your products, add them to your cart and go to checkout. Enter your name, phone number and address, choose your delivery area and how you want to pay. You get an order number straight away and can track it from your account.
On WhatsApp
Send us a message with the names of the products you need, or a photo of your prescription or an empty pack. Our team replies with the price and the delivery fee, and sends your order once you confirm. It is the easiest way if you are not sure what to buy.
Delivered from our four Nairobi branches
Your order is prepared at one of our pharmacies. You are also welcome to visit or collect from any branch, open Mon–Sat 8am–8pm, Sun 9am–6pm (Parklands until 10pm).
Questions and answers
How long does delivery take?
Most orders inside Nairobi arrive within 90 minutes of being confirmed. Areas further out, such as Thika, Juja, Ruiru, Kitengela or Rongai, take longer. Your order page shows the rider on a live map once they set off.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on your area: from KES 200 to KES 1,000. You choose your area at checkout and see the fee before you pay. Delivery is free on orders of KES 2,000 or more.
Can I order prescription medicine for delivery?
Yes. Upload a clear photo of a valid prescription at checkout or from your account. A pharmacist checks it before the medicine is dispensed and sent out.
How do I pay?
At checkout you can pay by M-Pesa — a payment prompt is sent to your phone, or you pay our till — or choose cash on delivery and pay the rider when your order arrives.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead of the website?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need or a photo of your prescription. A pharmacist replies, confirms the price and the delivery fee, and sends your order.
What if my area is not on the list?
Send us a WhatsApp message with your location and we will tell you whether we can deliver and what it costs.
Can I order outside opening hours?
Yes. The website takes orders at any time, and they are prepared as soon as we open. WhatsApp messages sent while we are closed get an automatic reply with our hours and are answered when we open. Parklands is open until 10pm every day.
Can I collect my order from a branch instead?
Yes. Choose collection at checkout and pick up from any of our four branches during opening hours, with no delivery fee.
