Delivery Areas
We deliver to 132 areas across Nairobi and nearby towns. Choose your area at checkout to see the fee, or see every area on our Pharmacy delivery page.
Delivery Times
- Inside Nairobi: most orders arrive within 90 minutes of being confirmed
- Further out (for example Thika, Juja, Ruiru, Kitengela, Rongai): allow longer for the distance
- Outside opening hours: orders are prepared as soon as the branch opens
- Prescription orders: a pharmacist checks the prescription first, which can add a little time
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees depend on your area and are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders of KES 2,000 or more qualify for free delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an SMS confirmation. You can also track your order at Track my order.
